Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using DeezWraps.net (the “Site”), operated by Deez Wraps, Inc. (“Deez Wraps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Description of Service

DeezWraps.net provides information about vehicle wrap, color change, custom graphics, paint protection film (PPF), and window tinting services, and connects Users who submit inquiries or quote requests with vehicle wrap installation providers. Deez Wraps may fulfill requests directly and/or refer, route, or introduce Users to independent, third-party installation businesses (each, a “Partner Installer”) in the User's area.

2. Partner Installer Network

Deez Wraps partners with a network of external, independently owned and operated vehicle wrap and installation businesses. We select Partner Installers using criteria intended to reflect highly qualified installation technicians and a strong standard of workmanship, and we take reasonable steps to work with providers who meet that standard.

• Each Partner Installer is an independent business, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Deez Wraps, Inc.
• Deez Wraps does not directly supervise, control, or guarantee the day-to-day work, scheduling, pricing, materials, or installation methods used by any Partner Installer.
• While we aim to work only with highly qualified technicians and high-quality installers, we do not warrant or guarantee the outcome, durability, appearance, or workmanship of any installation performed by a Partner Installer.
• Any agreement for installation services — including price, scope of work, timeline, warranty, and remedies — is between the User and the Partner Installer directly, unless otherwise stated in writing by Deez Wraps.
• Users are encouraged to review a Partner Installer's own qualifications, licensing, insurance, and warranty terms before authorizing work.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Referrals

Any pricing, estimate, or quote provided through the Site is an approximation only and is not a binding offer. Final pricing, scope of work, and terms are established between the User and the installer (Deez Wraps or a Partner Installer) performing the work. Deez Wraps may receive a referral fee, commission, or other compensation from a Partner Installer in connection with a lead or completed job; this does not increase the price charged to the User unless separately disclosed.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and vehicle information when submitting a quote request.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, fraudulent, or duplicate inquiries.
• Communicate directly with the installer (Deez Wraps or Partner Installer) regarding scheduling, deposits, materials, and any installation-specific concerns.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Deez Wraps does not warrant that referrals to Partner Installers will result in a particular outcome, price, or quality of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deez Wraps, Inc. and its owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) any installation, product, or service performed by a Partner Installer; or (c) any dispute between you and a Partner Installer. Deez Wraps' total liability arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you directly to Deez Wraps, Inc.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deez Wraps, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or a dispute between you and a Partner Installer.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party businesses, including Partner Installers, whose own websites, terms, and privacy practices are outside Deez Wraps' control. Deez Wraps is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or business.

9. Privacy

Information you submit through the Site (such as contact details and vehicle information) may be shared with Deez Wraps and/or a Partner Installer for the purpose of providing a quote or performing requested services. 10. Changes to These Terms
